FAMILY YOGA (2-5 year olds + caregiver)

Family Yoga @ Banneker Center
SINGLE CLASSES Thursdays at 10am
$10 (1 child ages 3-5 + 1 caregiver)
This is a class with a participant adult (18+). In this playful but complete yoga class Priscilla uses games, mindfulness exercises, books and other props to explore our own bodies and minds. These approx. 60 minute classes are created for the kids but adults participating will enjoy it too! A great way to connect, relax and have fun doing yoga together. Starting with kids-appropriate breathing exercises, fun warm ups, creative games, favorite kids songs, partner yoga, and always finishing with relaxation. A special time with your little one!
REGISTRATION: coming soon
Adult responsibility: Registered adults are responsible for their own child the entire series (on premises and in participation).
Arrival: we encourage families to arrive 5 minutes early to use the bathroom and get situated before class starting time.
WINTER SERIES
Family Yoga @ My Home Studio
8 WEEKS SERIES: Jan 16 to March 5
Tuesdays at 4:30pm
$100 (1 child ages 3-5 + 1 caregiver)
This is a class with a participant adult (18+). In this playful but complete yoga class Priscilla uses games, mindfulness exercises, books and other props to explore our own bodies and minds. These 45-minute classes are created for the kids but adults participating will enjoy it too! A great way to connect, relax and have fun doing yoga together. Starting with kids-appropriate breathing exercises, fun warm ups, creative games, favorite kids songs, partner yoga, and always finishing with relaxation. A special time with your little one!

When registering for the FAMILY class, please ONLY register the adult. Your payment of $14 is for both caregiver AND child. You will receive a separate email from The Cocuun that contains the sign up information and waiver for your child.

Priscilla’s kids yoga class has a little bit of everything: breathing & mindfulness, warm ups, strengthening and balancing poses, sequences adapted for kids, creative games, favorite kids songs, partner yoga, and always relaxation in the end.
REGISTRATION: When registering for this class, please sign up YOUR CHILD and not yourself. Note: This is easiest on the desktop version of MINDBODY (not the app, or our website). To add your child to your Mindbody account, click on the My Info Tab, click Add Family Member, and then enter your child’s name and selection your relationship.
WAIVER: All students must have a completed waiver on file in order to participate in class. Waiver will be sent via email, please complete electronically immediately after your registration.

Winter Session: Jan 7 to March 11
Priscilla’s kids yoga class has a little bit of everything: breathing & mindfulness, warm ups, strengthening and balancing poses, sequences adapted for kids, creative games, favorite kids songs, partner yoga, and always relaxation in the end. Read complete details in the Programs page.
Her classes will start with basic poses and sequences getting more complex as the group develops together.
FEE: $150/kid for 10 classes (4 to 8 kids, with individualized attention)
